Welcome to Namira BD! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, restaurant services, catering services, and event management services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services Offered

Namira BD provides the following services:

✓Restaurant Services: Dine-in and takeaway food services at our restaurant location
✓Catering Services: Food catering for events, corporate functions, and private parties
✓Event Management: Comprehensive event planning and management services
✓Venue Services: Party center and venue booking services
✓Additional Services: Equipment rental, decoration, and accessories

Bookings and Reservations

Restaurant Reservations

•Reservations are recommended but not mandatory for restaurant dining
•We hold reservations for 15 minutes after the reserved time
•Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance

Catering and Event Bookings

•Advance booking is required (minimum 7 days for catering, 14 days for event management)
•A deposit of 30-50% is required to confirm the booking
•Final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours before the event
•Special dietary requirements should be notified at the time of booking

Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through SSL Commerz including:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
Internet Banking
Cash on Delivery (for applicable services)

Payment Schedule

•Restaurant: Payment upon receipt of service
•Catering: 30-50% deposit at booking, balance before or on the day of event
•Event Management: Payment in installments as per agreed schedule

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Restaurant Reservations

•No cancellation fee for reservations cancelled 2+ hours in advance

Catering Services

•7+ days before event: Full refund of deposit
•3-7 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
•Less than 3 days: No refund

Event Management Services

•30+ days before event: Full refund minus processing fees
•15-30 days before event: 50% refund
•Less than 15 days: No refund

Note: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

•Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings
•Respect our staff, property, and other customers
•Notify us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requirements
•Adhere to the agreed-upon event schedule and guest count
•Not engage in any illegal, harmful, or disruptive behavior
•Take responsibility for any damage caused to our property or equipment

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, Namira BD shall not be liable for:

•Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
•Personal injury or property damage not directly caused by our negligence
•Allergic reactions despite prior notification of dietary requirements
•Loss or damage to personal belongings at our premises or events

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
